I will design an exercise prescription specific to you: to meet your goals, increase your motivation and enjoyment of exercise as well as meet your performance expectations be it, aerobic capacity, increased body strength, improved functional movement or simply general health and wellbeing.

I train clients in a range of locations, including office gyms and some parks.
